Jungles, jungles all around, Tigers roaming,
Through the valleys and lakes.
The boy rode on his bicycle, bumps in the road,
The car stopped before him, heart ache all-around.
The girl was drenched from head to toe,
Hoping from hope that she still had life.
The planes flew overhead heading for outer space.
The boy cheered from the ground, until he found some higher ground.
The flag was the opposite of what he saw,
Flying away like something from far away.
His cheers turned from delight to hate, as the flames headed towards the sky.
He looked at the girl who still had the strength to fly.
Thirty! Forty! Fifty! The Soldiers passed by,
Their rifles loaded like an army sent from well below,
The people watched, many were feeling mellow though.
Tension was high until they moved by.
The girl was fighting with a feisty heart,
The boy looked down and prayed to save the bitter blow.
The ship stopped at the water nearby,
The boy felt like writing a sweet lullaby.
The sailors looked like soldiers with sabres,
Looking for a group of right little ravers.
They paid a good penny, to meet with Jenny.
A good hour, even though it was soon over.
The boy looked down over the young girl,
A smile coming back from on the ground.
The boy whispered a little grace, without suffering disgrace,
The young girl laughed and came back to life,
The Doctor stitched her up with a bloodied knife,
She was going to live to see happier times.
The boy gazed down on the burning village,
A lifetime bought to a sudden end,
The village belonged to someone at the other end.
The boy walked along the beach,
The water crashing into his naked legs,
The ocean called to him, but the girls voice had more soulful appeal.
They sat together and had a great big lunch,
Her laughter sounded like a voice from above.
The young boy looked down at the soggy sand,
The young girl made a sound.
‘I love you’ she said.
The boy smiled and fell to the ground.
